Everett Jackson is a proud citizen of DeSoto who aspires to enrich and develop the city. Everett was born in Dallas, Texas. He attended Wilmer Hutchins High School. He received Higher Learning at Amarillo College and Richland College. His goal is to lead with godly principles and full transparency to DeSoto's citizens.

Everett has been part of this community for many years, working tirelessly to make it a better place. Leading with an uncompromising stance in morality. His primary objectives:
1. Keep DeSoto first!
2. The citizens control the city, not city hall.
3. Full transparency on all propositions & affairs pertaining to our citizen's tax dollars.
4. Proper appropriations of citizen's tax dollars.
5. Bring more retail to DeSoto.
6. DEVELOP A ROBUST MENTAL HEALTH INITIATIVE.
